Fred has nearly 30 years of experience working as an engineer, operations manager, and health and safety professional in everything from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His background includes electronics manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, and over 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry. In the US, Fred has managed both federal and state OSHA programs, PSM, FMCSA, PHMSA, EPA, and multi-state, agency programs as an in-house Health & Safety director. In Canada he has industry experience with Canadian Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) as well as provincial regulatory agencies in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Montreal. Fred has industry consulting experience in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, North Carolina, Montana, Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Fred studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington and Industrial Hygiene at the University of Utah. He holds Board of Certified Safety Professional Credentials as a Safety Management Specialist and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and the American Chemical Society. Fred has a passion for safety and safety training, and has helped multiple companies reduce incidents by designing and implementing practical health and safety programs, and by instilling an individual safety mentality within an overall, corporate safety culture.
With over 22 years combined experience within industry and consulting, Chris has broad ranging expertise in the EHSR topics affecting the oil and gas industry. Chris has worked in-house as Environmental, Regulatory, and Health & Safety manager for oil and gas companies ranging in size from a small startup to mid-sized domestic corporations. He has industry and consulting experience in in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, North Dakota, Montana, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Florida.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master of Applied Science degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Denver. He has extensive experience in agency interactions (Federal, state, tribal and local) project management, environmental remediation, groundwater and surface water quality, air quality, environmental and regulatory policy, and health & safety programs.
David B. PE
Dave is a professional engineer with experience in the oil and gas producing industry in many regions. He has experience in Drilling, Completions, facilities engineering, and production operations. Dave has multiple years of project management for pipeline, compression, production facilities, construction, and artificial lift installation.
David holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He also holds an MS in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado-Denver and holds a Professional Engineer Designation from the State of Wyoming.

Elizabeth has a combined 15 years of experience working as a Human Resources Professional in a government capacity as well as multiple service and industrial industries. She has held the title of Director of Human Resources for many years as well as sitting on many grievance boards to settle disputes between employees and hiring managers. Elizabeth has polished interpersonal skills and a knack for teaching others this skill set.
Elizabeth is a Consultant who can multitask and complete multiple complex projects in a timely manner. She possesses strong interpersonal skill with the ability to create and maintain client relationships. Elizabeth strives to build trust, ethics, integrity, and maintain confidentiality. She is looking to support and help achieve the vision that the future client has set forth.
Elizabeth studied Human Resources Management with the Frances Hume Program. She received her Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) Certification from Falmouth Institute. She has also completed the Strategic Coach 10x Management program.

Alyssa is a current graduate student at Texas Tech University. She will be graduating in May with both a B.S and M.S in Environmental Engineering in addition to a minors in Mathematics and Civil Engineering.
Alyssa's Capstone project focused on the redesign of a failing municipal wastewater treatment plant by implementing biological nutrient removal to meet NPDES and TCEQ regulations. Alyssa has completed rigorous coursework in the subjects of bio-remediation, solid and hazardous waste treatment, and air pollution control systems. She has prior internship experience in the Oil & Gas industry, introducing her to many different state EHS regulations.
Alyssa has experience with environmental regulations in Colorado, Texas, Utah, and Washington. She is an active member of the American Society of Environmental Engineers, Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, and Society of Women Engineers.
